Adjacent to major transportation corridors I-5 and nearby I-405, Mountlake Terrace provides convenient access to Seattle, Everett and Bellevue. The new Mountlake Terrace Transit Center provides parking for over 900 vehicles and easy access to I-5. A new express bus Flyer Stop on I-5 is expected to open in 2010. Sea-Tac International Airport is less than thirty miles away.
Excellent Schools & Educated Workforce
Ninety percent of Mountlake Terrace’s workforce holds a high school diploma, and over twenty four percent hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher. As part of the Edmonds School District, Mountlake Terrace schools provide a balance of quality education, sports programs, and cultural arts.
