9-Hole Golf Course
This 42-acre site is located along the north shore of
Lake Ballinger between the original Interurban trail and
utility line and Lakeview Drive. The City acquired the special
use park property in 1970 through donation with state and
federal grants providing 25% of the total cost.
The course is professionally managed by Hardy Golf, LLC.

Formerly
known as the Ballinger Park Golf Club, this golf course was recently
renovated and a number of improvements were made. The fairways
are tree lined and the small undulating greens are in excellent
shape. Water comes into play on four holes. The City of Mountlake
Terrace has invested in better drainage and other
