It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to own, possess or harbor any dog or cat over the age of three months within the city unless the person, firm or corporation shall have first procured a license. Pet License Fees
License Year is from July 1 through June 30.

Unaltered dogs and cats over three months of age:
$27.50 per year per dog and cat

Neutered male or spayed female dogs and cats:
$15.00 per year per dog and cat

Neutered male and spayed female dogs and cats only for senior citizens (65 and older):
$7.50 per year per dog and cat
